If you need to hold one of our Members accountable, we want to know, so that we can take action to ensure your satisfaction. Please follow the simple steps below to start the Entyro Accountability Request procedure.

2. The company will contact you within 2 business days to find a resolution.

3. If an agreeable solution cannot be reached, then Entyro and the Member's peers will investigate to determine whether the situation warrants the termination of the certification.
